With the Flowan Patient Relations software investigators can easily keep track of the patient cases they are working to resolve. The screens are very intuitive and act as the case “to-do” list for the case investigator.
The “My Cases” screen shows all of the open cases assigned to the case investigator and makes it easy for them to determine which patient cases need attention based on the target close date for the case.
To work on a case, an investigator simply clicks on the case number where they can view the case, add case notes, add file attachments, add tasks, change information on the case, and resolve/close the case.
Email notification messages are sent to all investigators when one or more cases are within a few days of the assigned target close date. The email notifications provide an excellent reminder for investigators as they strive to close cases within the assigned target dates.
