Who changed what and when
As investigators process a patient case they often discover that some of the information for the case needs to be updated. The Flowan Patient Relations software ensures that an audit record is kept when an investigator changes data that was entered when the case was created.
When an audit record is created (due to a data change) the software keeps track of the old value, the new value, who made the change and the date and time the change was made. This ensures that you have a complete history of the patient case as it is processed by an investigator.
