	Allows you to set up and define the questions for the survey and select the type of question, either subjective (5 levels) or objective (text response).

	Provides system generated survey requests to your customers based on how often you want to survey (on every completed case, every other completed case, every 5th completed case, etc.)

	Provides statistical analysis and reporting for the subjective questions based on your customers feedback.
