Flowan Software, Inc. is proud to announce the latest version of the Flowan Help Desk software. With over 30 new features (driven by customer enhancement requests) Flowan Help Desk continues to be the most flexible and powerful customer service solution available in the industry.

With version 3.6, the Flowan Help Desk software continues to provide the maximum amount of flexibility so that you can track and report virtually any type of customer service request. The custom form editor was re-designed so that it is even easier to use and provides the ability to create distinct custom fields for customer input. These distinct form fields are now available in the Flowan Help Desk search screen for finding help desk cases based on your specific data.

  • Re-designed custom form editor with the ability to define distinct custom fields
  • Added the ability for analysts to take actions on one or more cases at the same time
  • Enhanced the report filtering capability by allowing the creation of “location groups” and “analyst groups”
